You won’t get bored in Tadoussac, here is why…!
Summertime you can golf, kayak, swim in salt water in the Bay or in fresh water at L’Anse-à-l’Eau Lake. Hiking is free on many paths or for a minimum fee on Sépaq Trails.
You can play tennis, visit the Marine Life Interpretation Center, visit the oldest wooden chapel (1747) in North America, visit Chauvin Museum or, Saturday mornings, shop at the outside farmer’s market. You can visit different patrimonial sites and local artisan boutiques, fish off the wharf and, of course, go whale-watching on one of the many excursions available There is also the Festival de la Chanson, the Painters’ Happening and the Migratory Bird Festival. Really, time flies!
In Winter, you can go sliding on inner tubes, skate, play hockey, snowshoe on the golf course or at Pointe de l’Islet, and cross-country ski.
All year long, painters and photographers will be inspired by the variety of landscapes and vistas in our village.
